Voluntarily Feed Your Mind Positive Affirmations
Positive affirmation means to declare a statement for something positive. When you speak about something positive, make certain the statement uttered is in the present tense. Positive affirmations feel good in the present moment and simultaneously impress the idea into your subconscious.
To hear your own words repeated back to you can render a different perspective to the words you say out loud. “I am healthy.”, repeated back, you hear: “You are healthy.” These statements are in complete agreement of something you want and both are strong, positive affirmations of your present state.
Take a similar statement: “I will be healthy.” Repeated back, you hear: “You will be healthy.” These statements do not necessarily agree with what you really want. The words, “will be” prompt a question. “When will you be healthy?” Also, there is an implied negative connotation that you may not have noticed; “you are not healthy now.”
Any thought or idea, positive or negative, that you feel strongly about, reaches your subconscious mind. The impressions you make upon your subconscious, repeatedly and with strong feeling, become actualized in your life experiences. This happens because of the law of consciousness.
Autosuggestion or self-talk is the way to exercise control over thoughts that enter your subconscious. Another way to permit thoughts to enter your subconscious is by failing to exercise control over what you allow to enter. Simply stated, to emotionalize with negative thoughts guarantees manifestation of something negative. Emotionalize with positive thoughts to guarantee manifestation of something positive.
“Thoughts Enter The Subconscious Via Feelings"
Declare positive affirmations for the things you see in your imagination. If you want something, you must first possess it in your mind and actually feel it as yours now. Because you cannot get what you do not have, affirm what you have (in imagination) and feel your ownership of it now.
Whenever you see something in your mind that causes you to feel happy as you think of it, know that you own it. Even though the ownership of the thing you want may exist exclusively in your imagination, your ownership is real and present now on that level. To bring the thing you want to the physical level, you must move it to your subconscious by intensely feeling your present ownership. Understand, you have absolute control over the ideas that you allow to enter your subconscious mind.
Practice listening to your own words and hear them repeated back to you by reinforcement of positive affirmations. Remember to check for questions and implied connotations. If there are no questions in your statements then you have positive affirmations. Use them to bring whatever you want into your physical reality.
You deserve the best now. All good things you want for your life really are under your control.
